Wild of Brain Coaching

Create a life you’re excited to wake up to

An experienced coach, I work with neurodivergent folks, the neuro-curious

and those who love them.

In a burnout cycle?

Or living in a chronic overwhelm state?

Newly identified Autistic or ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent?

Or had a diagnosis for years and need new tools?

Need support to understand your sensory profile?

Or increase your well being?

Need cheerleading support working through a difficult time?

Perhaps you’re neuro-curious or struggling and are not sure why.

I can help.

Neurodivergent Specialist Coaching

My approach is neuro-affirming, whole brained & strength-based.

Together we explore your sensory profile, map how your brain works and identify scaffolds, tools and workarounds to support you toward a life you’re excited to wake up to.

I also work with neurodivergent-adjacent folks. You might be in a relationship with an ND person or parenting one or more neurodivergent kids and needing to upskill.

I am familiar with complex neurodivergence and common co-occurring health issues.

I’m a fierce believer that everyone can create a life that works for them.

I look forward to supporting you toward your unique version of that life.

Traditional coaching approaches often don’t work and can cause harm for neurodivergent people. I have developed and honed processes and frameworks specifically for the differently wired.

One of my clients called me a Life Design Specialist, I rather like that. You can learn more about neurodivergence, me, and my work over on the Wild of Brain Substack.

I’m a trained life coach & a member of ANZCAL- the Australia New Zealand Coaching Alliance. Constantly enriching my practice with further study, I bring rich lived experience insights and understanding to my coaching work and draw on my training in multiple modalities.

    Neuro-curious

Suspect you’re autistic, an ADHDer or otherwise neurodivergent? I field your questions and take you through the Exploring Neurodivergence Framework(ENF) to identify strengths, dominant neurodivergent traits, explore your sensory profile and customise strategies and scaffolds.

    Key Coaching

A series of sessions led by client’s needs. Reframes neurodivergence and explores strengths and challenges. We customise accommodations & strategies. Prioritises nervous system regulation. Can include Life Mapping - a kind of energy accounting, exploring sensory profile, identifying client’s Baseline of Wellbeing and red flags of burnout. Learning to centre contentment and joy.

  • red heart

    Relational

I offer couples sessions and work with families to support understanding and support of the unique neurodivergence in their mix. Simple accommodations and acceptance is often transformative. It’s amazing what relatable education and reframing can shift in relational dynamics.

  • Tune up

Former clients sometimes want a tune up session to get them back on track. Or folks need a neuro-affirming non-judgemental space to problem-solve a tricky situation or make a tough decision.

I offer remote, often with international clients, or in-person sessions

in West Auckland, Aotearoa NZ.

I have a sliding scale of fees. If finances are a barrier, we can explore options.

I offer a free 20-minute discovery call before booking.
